As an audience intelligence producer, product lead and co-founder, Eristavi led decolonial innovation and product efforts at the project, empowering audience-centred and disinfo-resilient journalism across 27 countries. He consults Central and Eastern European newsrooms, developing audience engagement strategies and innovative content formats that prioritise trust and resilience. Eristavi has worked with over 50 media teams to integrate audience research, product thinking, and ethical innovation into their daily workflows.

Eristavi served as a Product Lead and Product Designer for this AI-powered assistant for disinfo-immune storytelling. It is designed to help journalists and content creators identify and tackle false narratives, as well as stay ahead of emerging disinformation trends. It is part database of verified fact-checks, part an AI-powered tracker of disinfo trends, and part a hub of AI-powered audience insights. Katalin enables you to reduce the time spent on fact-checking, focusing on trust and meaningful audience connection.
S+ TRUST APP.
Eristavi served as a Product Lead on this tool designed to help storytellers make informed editorial decisions based on a deeper understanding of what their audience truly needs. S+ Trust App is built from three years of collaboration with leading newsrooms across Central and Eastern Europe. It helps us to move beyond traditional vanity metrics, such as reach, and offers a deeper analysis of audience trust, focusing on meaningful engagement signals.
S+ TRUST GUIDEBOOKS.
As an audience intelligence producer, Eristavi founded the network’s audience helpline to empower partners to create trusted stories and better connect with their audiences. The lessons from hundreds of projects, co-produced by SCIENCE+, along with internal polls and focus groups across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria, informed the live-updating S+ Trust Guidebook — an innovative strategy tailored to the Central European culture of news consumption.
